重慶迎洲壓鑄有限公司 網(wǎng)址：www.htinv.com重慶迎州壓鑄有限公司是重慶海通投資集團(tuán)的子公司,位于重慶市永川工業(yè)園區(qū)港橋工業(yè)園。主要從事有色金屬壓鑄; 黑色金屬(灰鐵、球鐵、蠕鐵)鑄造; 汽車(chē)零部件及通用機(jī)械為一體的的制造加工研發(fā)企業(yè)。 目前公司擁有DISA MATCH32/32自動(dòng)化鑄造生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)和樹(shù)脂砂生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)各一條，具備年產(chǎn)汽車(chē)等鑄鐵件產(chǎn)品3萬(wàn)噸、軌道交通鑄鐵件產(chǎn)品4000噸的能力。具備完善的配套產(chǎn)檢測(cè)設(shè)備，主要從事鑄鐵件毛坯生產(chǎn)和機(jī)加工；同時(shí)具備1500噸鋁合金壓鑄及加工能力。并于2014年通過(guò)了IRIS國(guó)際鐵路行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系認(rèn)證，2018年取得了IATF16949汽車(chē)行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系證書(shū)。 公司具有鑄造（壓鑄）、機(jī)加、熱處理及檢測(cè)、試驗(yàn)綜合能力, 擁有化學(xué)分析儀、光譜儀、數(shù)顯拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)、在線(xiàn)測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)、型砂分析設(shè)備、內(nèi)部探傷等分析檢測(cè)設(shè)備，擁有獨(dú)立的正向設(shè)計(jì)分析能力，期待與更多客戶(hù)合作，開(kāi)發(fā)新項(xiàng)目和新產(chǎn)品。 Chongqing Yingzhou Die-casting Co., Ltd is one of the subsidiaries of Chongqing Haitong Investment Group Co., Ltd, it is located in Yongchuan Gangqiao Industrial Park, mainly engages in reaserch & development, design & analysis, test and inspection, pouring and die-casting of ferrous metal casting, casting and process of nonferrous metal(grey iron, ductile iron, vermicular iron), manufacturing & processing of auto parts & general machinery parts. We own one DISA Match32/32 automatic casting production line and one resin sand production line respectively, which can produce 30,000 tons of cast iron products for automobiles and 4,000 tons of cast iron products for rail transit.With complete supporting production and testing equipment, it mainly engaged in cast iron blank production and machining, and has 1500 tons’ of aluminum alloy die-casting and processing capacity. In 2014, we got the IRIS International Railway Industry Standard System Certification, and obtained IATF16949 Automobile Industry Quality Management System Certificate in 2018. We can make inspection and analysis with chemical analyzer, spectrum analyzer,tension test, temperature measurement, molding sand, internal flaw detector, etc. We have comprehensive ability on die-casting, machining, heat treatment, inspection and test, we also utilize QSB, 6 SIGMA, and lean manufacture to control the cost & quality and enhance market competition. We have strong and independent design and analysis ability ready to cooperate with more customers to develop new projects and products. |
