山西中德鋁業(yè)有限公司 網(wǎng)址： www.zhongdexc.com山西中德鋁業(yè)有限公司擁有兩大生產(chǎn)基地，位于山西省長(zhǎng)治市潞州區(qū)機(jī)械工業(yè)園區(qū)和四川省天府新區(qū)南區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)園（成都.新津），是鋁合金建筑型材、工業(yè)鋁產(chǎn)品和汽車輕量化產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)。本項(xiàng)目著眼于國(guó)內(nèi)外工業(yè)鋁和汽車輕量化市場(chǎng)，項(xiàng)目貫徹“高起點(diǎn)、多產(chǎn)出、高效益、質(zhì)量好”的建設(shè)方針，依托中德集團(tuán)公司現(xiàn)有資源，以及與北汽集團(tuán)的強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合優(yōu)勢(shì)，采用國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)適用的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和設(shè)備，噴涂工藝采用德國(guó)漢高處理液配方，全部使用荷蘭阿克蘇粉末，產(chǎn)品完全符合出口歐盟環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。目前，公司建有6500萬(wàn)噸鋁合金型材擠壓生產(chǎn)線，1萬(wàn)噸鋁合金機(jī)加工生產(chǎn)線和1萬(wàn)噸鋁合金壓鑄生產(chǎn)線。同時(shí)正在建設(shè)年產(chǎn)20萬(wàn)噸工業(yè)鋁及汽車輕量化鋁合金零部件生產(chǎn)線。該項(xiàng)目建成投產(chǎn)后，產(chǎn)能排名在國(guó)內(nèi)將提高到前10位，成為華北最具技術(shù)含量、精度等級(jí)最高的建材生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。 Shanxi Zhongde aluminum industry co., LTD. is located in the machinery industrial parkof Changzhi city. It is aluminum alloy construction profiles, industrial aluminum products and automotive lightweight products manufacturing enterprises.This project focuses on the domestic and foreign industrial aluminum and auto lightweight aluminum market. The project implement "high starting point, more output, high benefit and good quality" for the construction of the policy, Relying on the company's existing resources, we cooperate with Beijing Automotive Group successfully.Our products adopt advanced production technology and equipment, the company has 6500 tons of aluminum profiles extrusion production lines, 10,000 tons of aluminum alloy machining production lines and 10,000 tons of aluminum alloy die-casting production lines. Meanwhile,the company is building an annual output of 650,000 tons of industrial aluminum and automotive lightweight aluminum parts production lines.When the projects are completed, the annual production capacity will increase to top 10 in the domestic, and become a technologically advanced, high-precision building materials company in North China. |
